We are delighted to announce an exciting new chapter in IOD PARC’s leadership. After 20 years with the company, one of our Founding Directors and current Managing Director, Julian Gayfer, is stepping down from his role in December 2024. Over his six years as MD, he has been a cornerstone of IOD PARC and has led us through some significant changes.  Julian will continue to take an active interest in the work of IOD PARC and will be a Trustee Board Member of the Employee Ownership Trust.

We are equally excited to introduce our new Managing Director, Sadie Watson. Having been with us for 16 years, Sadie will bring new perspectives to the role while ensuring continuity in our ways of working, collaborative approach, and values.  She will take on responsibility for the business as a whole, and will work with an expanded Executive Leadership team. Matthew Crump will take on the role of our new Performance Director and Mark Keen as our interim Finance Director. All of the team remain working consultants, continuing their valued client work, while they step up to lead our business.

This leadership change is part of a broader strategic evolution as we celebrate our 25th year of trading alongside our continuing growth as an employee-owned trust. It is made possible by the strong foundations laid by our founding directors Julian and Mark, and our staff, over the last 25 years and will help us as we work to play our part in achieving a just, equitable, and sustainable world.

The world we operate in is incredibly complex, and the challenges that the social change organisations we support are trying to tackle are increasingly pressing. Our commitment to working with our clients and partners on innovative strategies, impactful evidence, and creative problem-solving remains as strong as ever.
