I am IOD PARC’s HR Coordinator, with 14 years of generalist HR experience. Possessing a strong background in HR practices, I also have experience operating in an international context with some specialist knowledge developed whilst previously working within a Global Mobility role.
At IOD PARC I am responsible for providing administration and support for the employee life cycle, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance within HR policies and carrying out the day-to-day operations of our HR function. I report to and work closely with the HR Lead, providing support in dealing with a range of HR matters.
I’ve worked in a variety of industries including Metals Technologies, Legal, Private Medical, the NHS and the Financial Services sectors. I take professional pride in bringing to bear experience from a range of industries and applying it to the context of the environment I am working within.
