Sheelagh O'Reilly //
With over 30 years of working with international organisations engaged in development, I have a wealth of experience in organisation and evaluation management and development effectiveness.
I have worked with bilateral, multilateral, academic institutions and INGOs and have a broad background within the natural resources arena covering industrial management and research, academia and field project implementation linked to policy development. Experience gained in these varied institutional environments enables me to take a broad view of the conditions necessary for the development of inclusive approaches to renewable natural resource management including forestry, climate change, water/sanitation and biodiversity conservation. This experience is linked to an understanding of international legal regimes including those associated with environment, human rights, trade, climate change and corporate social responsibility. I have extensive large scale mixed methods evaluation management experience that includes working with Theories of Change (and Pathways to Impact) as well as the coordination of a long term demand led quality assurance service.
