As an experienced organisation development and evaluation consultant, my practice draws on over a decade of work across a variety of sectors in Africa, Asia and Europe. Combining this richness of experience with a participative process-based approach, my work is focused on equipping individuals, teams and organisations with the skills, tools and knowledge to improve organisational performance.
Bringing comprehensive insight and expertise in organisational reviews and institutional appraisals; transition management and support; performance assessment; and strategy development, my work has recently included institutional and organisational performance assessments with the African Development Bank; large scale change management and workforce planning in DFID country offices; the harmonisation of UK government departments represented overseas; and impact evaluations and reviews with a number of UN bodies. I am an experienced facilitator and provide coaching to senior advisers and middle managers across a range of organisations.
Within IOD PARC, I am responsible for leading business development; working closely with the Management and Director teams to provide strategic guidance and direction on business development across the company alongside working with the business development team to ensure we produce high-quality proposals and responses to clients' requests.
