Jo Kaybryn //
Principal Consultant & Consulting Practice Manager
As an experienced evaluator with 18 years of experience in the social development sector, I lead inter-disciplinary teams undertaking multi-country and programmatic evaluations. I specialise in delivering evaluations to international standards (adhering to UNEG and OECD DAC guidelines) through both systematic methodologies and custom-tailored processes that meet the unique needs of clients.
I focus on understanding people and programmes in their contexts. My skills centre on working effectively within teams, and collaboratively with evaluation commissioners.
I have extensive experience of delivering technical assistance to UN agencies, governments, development partners, and NGOs. My skills are transferable in evaluation, research and mainstreaming approaches across health, gender and economic development sectors. I have specific expertise in ethical protocols in evaluation methodologies, and mixed methods approaches. I combine social and economic development through my international experience in health, gender, child protection and social protection.
I am currently leading the team evaluating IOM's PAVE project and am Technical Director for the team developing UNRWA's GBV Multi-Sectoral Prevention Framework. Recent assignments include UNFPA Viet Nam's Country Programme Evaluation, WHO's Evaluation of Presence in Countries and the Evaluation of UNICEF's Systems Based Approach to Child Protection in Indonesia.
As Consulting Practice Manager, I have responsibility for establishing, developing and overseeing systems and processes that enable IOD PARC to consistently deliver high quality consultancy services.
