Emma Henrion //
I am an experienced consultant specialising in evaluation, organisational development and service improvement and governance, and am particularly committed to ensuring that my consultancy products are useful to and used by clients. I have led and undertaken policy and organisational reviews, evaluations and research over 25 years in management, research and consultancy in health, local government and the third sectors. As a consultant, I have also undertaken projects for private sector companies providing health and social care.
My experience includes evaluation, qualitative research, value for money, and cost effectiveness. I draw on a wide range of methods including survey design and management, focus groups, process mapping and cost effectiveness assessments. I have developed and advised on performance management frameworks and metrics including outcomes based performance frameworks.
In addition, I support strategic and team development using organisational consultancy and coaching techniques. I also work with partnerships and multi- disciplinary teams to enable more effective working, from analysis of accountabilities and responsibilities to facilitating conversations about more effective relationships. I have supported individuals and teams from frontline to executive and board level.
