In two separate pieces of work we facilitated structured change processes within the DFID Tanzania and Ethiopia Country offices, aligning their organisational structures with their strategic and organisational goals. The work included:
  • Helping the offices assess capacity and expectations
  • Constructing transition plans
  • Managing the reduction of staff numbers
  • Designing new team structures
  • Designing new jobs
  • Undertaking full learning and needs analyses
  • Writing L&D policies
  • Supporting the leadership team in developing a new results focused culture and team focused ways of working
