We worked with senior African staff members to facilitate the development of a strategic plan with a results based focus, helping RECSA (Regional Centre on Small Arms) to develop strategic management and leadership capabilities. This was undertaken through facilitating workshops with senior staff and writing a handbook that provided guidance on strategic delivery and the development of team and individual work plans.
