We supported the development of existing and new management & information systems for the Evaluation department, in turn supporting their changing role and requirements under DFID’s new evaluation policy. 

The work encompassed support to the department’s change management process, and the design and delivery of a one-stop, web-based departmental reference manual covering workflows, roles and responsibilities.
